When you place an order we collect your name, shipping and billing address, email address, and order details. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number. We also collect basic, non-identifying usage data (such as pages visited) to keep the site working well.

We use your information to process and ship your order, send order and shipping confirmations, respond to your questions, handle exchanges or issues, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with the service providers who help us run the store: our payment processor (Stripe) to take payment, our shipping and fulfillment partners to deliver your order, and our email provider to send order messages. Each handles your data under their own privacy terms and only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

The site uses only the cookies needed to keep your bag and session working. We will update this section before introducing any analytics or advertising cookies.

We keep order records as long as needed to fulfill your order and to meet tax and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize them.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we’re required to keep. Email hello@wearlensch.com and we’ll help.

LENSCH is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
