Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we charge your payment method and confirm the order by email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs — and will refund any charge in that case.
Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time before an order is placed. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; by ordering you agree to their handling of your payment. Applicable sales tax and shipping are shown at checkout.
We ship within the United States. Delivery estimates, exchange and store-credit terms, and our all-sales-final return policy are set out on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.
We work to describe and photograph each piece accurately. Because our jewelry is finished by hand and screens vary, slight natural variation in color and finish is normal and not a defect.
The LENSCH name, logo, designs, photography, and site content are our property and may not be copied or used without permission.
The site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. LENSCH, LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site; nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which LENSCH, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of- law rules.
